Bart Nebergall is a seasoned corporate attorney with over a decade of corporate law experience. Bart represents small businesses, entrepreneurs, family offices and investors in their mergers and acquisitions transactions, entity formation, corporate governance and other general business matters, as well as certain financial services regulatory matters. Bart has acted as the primary attorney in well over 100 transactions with deal values ranging from over one billion dollars to smaller six-figure transactions.Bart is the former Chair/President of the Mergers & Acquisitions Section of the Dallas Bar Association. Bart has presented several continuing legal education programs to attorneys on topics including M&A, general business law developments, the Corporate Transparency Act and financial services regulatory developments.
